Mapping the Terrain of Organizational Leadership Styles through HEXACO Personality Inventory

The present research aimed to explore the association between HEXACO personality traits and perspective leadership styles of organizational leaders. layers their shapes seem have some connections with facets. sample was comprised N=98 leaders including (males=70, females= 28) having age range from 30 58 years (M= 42.76, SD = 6.28). data collected through purposive sampling technique. results study included a profile how these related preferred styles. HEXACO-personality inventory multifactor models were used. confirmatory factor analysis revealed that all factors questionnaire retained complete items well-fitted model.
